Bookbinding
Admittedly, I think part of the reason that I became a bookbinder and printer is all of the cool machinery and tools that I get to collect to properly do my job. Whether it’s a book press, brass handle letters, wooden type, or a who-knows-what, I’m always on the hunt for things.
I can always tell a fellow tool-junkie when they come to my studio, too. They are immediately drawn in to the beautiful equipment. Here are some photographs for my friends far and abroad—and if you have a tool or piece of equipment that you think would fit in well with these ones, please—I am only happy to serve.
